Article 1 – General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from Lana’s Hairdoodles. The terms and conditions are accessible to everyone and included on Lana’s Hairdoodles’ website.
1.2 By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms. Lana’s Hairdoodles reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment terms after the expiration of the term.
1.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Lana’s Hairdoodles does not recognize the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties.

Article 3 – Data
3.1 If you place an order with Lana’s Hairdoodles, your data will be included in Lana’s Hairdoodles’ customer file. Lana’s Hairdoodles adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act and will not provide your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Lana’s Hairdoodles respects the privacy of users of the webshop and ensures the confidential treatment of your personal data.
Article 4 – Conclusion of the Agreement
4.1 An agreement between Lana’s Hairdoodles and a customer is concluded after an order has been processed by Lana’s Hairdoodles.
4.2 Lana’s Hairdoodles reserves the right to refuse orders or commissions without stating reasons or to only accept them on the condition that shipment takes place after payment in advance.
Article 5 – Images and Specifications
5.1 All images, photos, etc.; including data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images, etc. on Lana’s Hairdoodles’ website are only approximate, indicative, and cannot lead to compensation or cancellation of the agreement.
The hairdoodles may differ from the photos on Lana’s Hairdoodles’ website, depending on the available beads, charms, etc.
Article 6 – Prices
6.1 Prices will not be increased during the duration of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer implements interim price increases.
6.2 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.
6.3 All prices on the site are in EUROs and include 21% VAT.
Article 7 – Payment
7.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid within 14 days after the start of the cooling-off period as referred to in article 6 paragraph 1.
7.2 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner(s) as indicated during the ordering process.
7.3 In the sale of products to consumers, no more than 50% prepayment may be stipulated in the general terms and conditions. When prepayment has been stipulated, the consumer cannot invoke any right regarding the execution of the relevant order or service(s) until the stipulated prepayment has been made.
7.4 The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the entrepreneur without delay.
7.5 In case of default by the consumer, the entrepreneur, subject to legal restrictions, has the right to charge the consumer reasonable costs that have been communicated in advance.
Article 8 – Delivery
8.1 Delivery takes place as long as stocks last.
8.2 Orders paid by iDeal will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. It may take a little longer with bank transfer. Once the money is received, the order will be shipped.
8.3 Lana’s Hairdoodles’ delivery obligation will be fulfilled once the goods delivered by Lana’s Hairdoodles have been offered to the buyer once. With delivery to the home, the carrier’s report, indicating the refusal of acceptance, constitutes full proof of the offer of delivery.
Article 9 – Guarantees
9.1 The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered order is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, the buyer must report these defects immediately to Lana’s Hairdoodles by sending an email to info@lanashaarfrutsels.nl (prior to returning to Lana’s Hairdoodles). Any defects or incorrectly delivered goods must and can be reported to Lana’s Hairdoodles up to a maximum of 5 days after delivery. Return of the goods must take place in the original packaging, in new condition, and at the buyer’s expense and risk.
Use after finding defects, damage occurring after finding defects, encumbrance, and/or resale after finding defects, cancels any right to complain and return.
Article 10 – Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 The (intellectual property) rights with regard to the website, including the rights to texts, images, design, databases, photos, and other (static and/or moving) images, formats, software, trademarks (including domain names), and other materials, are held by Lana’s Hairdoodles, its licensors, the manufacturers of the products concerned, and/or third parties to whom Lana’s Hairdoodles is not affiliated.
10.2 You may not make the website available to third parties in any way and/or reproduce it other than by downloading and viewing it on a single computer and/or printing one hard copy.
10.3 In addition, you may not make any changes to the delivered products, unless otherwise follows from the nature of the delivered product or unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10.4 You may only place a hyperlink to the website if it is done for purely informative purposes. Placing a hyperlink for any other purpose, such as a commercial purpose, is therefore prohibited.
Article 11 – Liability
11.1 Lana’s Hairdoodles is not liable for damage caused by transport or other objects caused by improper use of the products. Consult our website for use.
Article 12 – Force Majeure
12.1 Lana’s Hairdoodles is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
12.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any foreign cause, as well as any circumstance that, in all reasonableness, should not be at its risk. Delays or non-performance by our suppliers, disruptions in the Internet, disruptions in electricity, disruptions in email traffic, and disruptions or changes in technology provided by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence by suppliers and/or manufacturers of Lana’s Hairdoodles, as well as of auxiliary persons, defects in auxiliary or transport means, are expressly considered force majeure.
12.3 In the event of force majeure, Lana’s Hairdoodles reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be changed so that execution remains possible. In no event is Lana’s Hairdoodles obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.
12.4 If Lana’s Hairdoodles has already partially fulfilled its obligations when force majeure
