Shipping

Lana’s Hairdoodles charges a shipping and handling fee starting at €4.25 for your order. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €30.

All orders are shipped in a bubble envelope or a mailbox box with a track & trace code.

Payment

At Lana’s Hairdoodles, you have the option to pay in various secure methods. After completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days.

Ordering from Abroad

For payments from abroad, you can pay using Bancontact, Giropay, or SOFORT Banking.

Returns / Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a particular product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging. Custom-made hairdoodles cannot be returned. If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must always contact Lana’s Hairdoodles first. Please include your full name and invoice number. The shipping costs for returning the products for exchange or return are at your own expense.

Please note! We can only accept returns for products that are unworn and undamaged. The returned items are at the customer’s own risk.

Maintenance Tips

For all products that are not made of sterling 925 silver or stainless steel, there is a chance that they may become less beautiful over time. This will happen more quickly for some people than others, depending on the pH value of your skin. Here are some tips to ensure you enjoy your items for as long as possible:

• Avoid wearing the hairdoodles while sleeping, showering, exercising, or washing dishes.
• Apply perfume, hairspray, and body lotion before putting on your hairdoodles.
• Store your hairdoodles in a dry space to prevent moisture.
• Dry your hands thoroughly before putting on or taking off your hairdoodles.
